The title is ambiguous and could mean many interesting things:
It could be a sort of urging, as in Go ahead and trust someone again. Not always easy for those who've been tossed overboard and hurt. But what alternative is there, if you're not to become a lonely hermit completely cut off from people, love, and joy? Or it could be something someone creepy might say to this woman, as in C'mon Baby trust me. (Especially as the murky male figure to the right could be either a ghostly memory -- maybe of early abuse or brutal mistreatment? -- or a present predator in the shadows.) Of course, I guess he could be a fond memory too, maybe a beloved lover, encouraging her to trust again and find love again?
